Business economics, starting point and constraints.
We connected local SEO, paid campaigns and a custom web reservation form to help people planning a day out near Bogotá find Restaurante 3 Soles. From May 14 to September 30, the form received 395 unique requests, while Google organic impressions reached 43,079 in September.

Restaurante 3 Soles is a countryside restaurant on the Chía–Cota road, serving a fusion of Colombian, Mexican and Peruvian cuisine. It offers private kiosks, an events hall and a pet-friendly experience. Most guests come from Bogotá and the surrounding Sabana looking for a weekend outing or a place to celebrate.
In April 2026, the challenge was to connect that intent to a simple, measurable reservation: appear in local searches, make it easy to request a table on mobile and understand which channel generated each inquiry.
We built an integrated system around one action: making a reservation. The strategy combined local search visibility, Google and Meta campaigns, useful content, a custom reservation form with campaign parameters, an optimized Google Business Profile and GA4 measurement. We reviewed requests weekly and compared them with the restaurant’s reservation log.

The website received 395 unique reservation requests from May 14 to September 30. Of these, 237 (60%) carried an identifiable Google Ads click. Organic impressions grew from 9,669 in May to 43,079 in September. In a partial reconciliation for May and June, 78 of 118 valid web requests appeared in the restaurant’s log.
Across a sample of 29 attended reservations, 8 had a confirmed web origin and 4 more were probable matches. The restaurant reported an average ticket of COP $185,000 per person. Applied to the 54 guests in the 8 confirmed reservations, this implies estimated sales of COP $9,990,000. Including the 4 probable matches (76 guests total) gives COP $14,060,000.
| Sample scenario | Reservations | Guests | Estimated sales | Estimated ROAS |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Confirmed web origin | 8 | 54 | COP $9,990,000 | 1.67× |
| Confirmed + probable matches | 12 | 76 | COP $14,060,000 | 2.34× |
How to read this estimate: it uses an average ticket of COP $185,000 per person and compares it with COP $6,000,000 in advertising spend for the quarter. These are not POS-reconciled sales or a full ROAS calculation. They are a floor estimate based on a partial sample of attended reservations.
A unique request is the same phone number on the same day. Test submissions were excluded.

After the form launched, the site received requests every day. July was the busiest month, with 110 unique requests. May begins on the 14th. A unique request means the same phone number on the same day; test submissions were excluded.
To understand how many inquiries reached the restaurant, we matched web requests against its reservation log by name, phone, date and time. In May and June, 78 of 118 valid web requests (66%) appeared in that log. In June, 67 of 83 reservations with attendance data were marked as attended (81%).
We also reviewed a sample of 29 attended reservations: 8 had a confirmed web origin and 4 additional matches were probable. The restaurant reported an average ticket of COP $185,000 per person. For the 54 guests in the 8 confirmed reservations, that implies estimated sales of COP $9,990,000. Adding the 4 probable matches, or 76 guests in total, raises the estimate to COP $14,060,000.
| Sample scenario | Bookings | Guests | Estimated sales | Estimated ROAS |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Confirmed web only | 8 | 54 | COP $9,990,000 | 1.67× |
| Confirmed + probable matches | 12 | 76 | COP $14,060,000 | 2.34× |
Interpretation: the estimate applies an average ticket of COP $185,000 per person and compares it with COP $6,000,000 in quarterly ad spend. It is not revenue reconciled against the POS or a complete ROAS figure. It is a floor estimate from a partial sample of attended reservations.
